WE TOO LOVED PIETROS UNTIL A RECENT VISIT. ONLY ONE CUSTOMER IN THE PLACE BESIDES US. WE ORDERED..GOT OUR SALAD AND WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED AND ALL THE TIME SEEING PIZZAS GOING OUT THE DOOR FOR CALL IN ORDERS. ASKED OUR WAITRESS WHERE OUR PIZZAS WAS SHE REPLIED OH, HE FORGOT TO MAKE IT! I SAID, WELL THERE HAVE BEEN OTHER ORDERS GOING OUT THE DOOR AND WE HAVE BEEN HERE ALMOST ONE HOUR AND SHE SAID, WELL THEY ARE CALL INS AND THEY GET PROCESSED FIRST! SHE BROUGHT US A SIDE ORDER OF BREAD TO KEEP US BUSY WAITING FOR OUR ORDER...AFTER ANOTHER 20 MINUTES WE TOLD THE WAITRESS WE WERE LEAVING AND SHE SAID WELL ARE YOU GOING TO PAY FOR THE PIZZA TO GO ?. WE REPLIED NO..WE DON'T WANT THE PIZZA NOW . WE PAID FOR THE WINE SALAD AND WE LEFT. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AND THE WAITRESS SEEMED TO NOT REALLY CARE ONE WAY OR THE OTHER WAS RUDE TO TALK TO AND MADE OUR DINNER EXPERIENCE ALOT TO BE DESIRED......WON'T GO BACK! CERTAINLY NOT LIKE THE GOOD DAYS WHEN THAT RESTAURANT TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR PRODUCT.

THIS WASN'T DURING RUSH HOUR BUT RATHER 400 IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN THE PLACE WAS EMPTY...

Exceptional cuisine. Menu offers a selection of baked dishes like chicken parmisan, for a taste unlike any other restaurant. The marinara sauce is just okay, but the sauces used in the baked dishes are extraordinary. Excellent pizza, too. The service is notoriously unpredictable, and the selection of wines is minimal, but the quality and consistency of the entres makes it well worth it.
