Food WOW fresh and wonderful service is fantastic. But have to say the owner Lady!MEAN! she yells at her employees in front of customers. then she goes in the back and yells at them again. We all hear it. she is terrible and treats her employees like slaves. i know that after they are off there shift they still stay to clean up on their own time. terrible owner lady. Labor board needs and should check into this.

Terrible service. Got up to take my son to the restroom and when we came back they had cleared our plates. They didnt even offer to make things right Ive being going to Flos for a long time but I will never go again.

Wounderful service have been going for a while with my family. The food! can't say enough about how wounderful it all is. Have tried Breakfast, lunch and dinner all is wounderful But have to warn you the owner isn't so nice. Caught her one morning yelling at her employees in front of everyone there. Not so good to the owner Lady.

Flo's has great food at resonable prices. Ther employees are friendly and the service is excellent. The food, prices and curteous employees keep me coming bac. However, one dark spot which might have me changing my mind about visiting Flo's is the attitude of the lady who owns Flo's. She is rude to her employees and yells at them in front of customers. If she feels a server is spending too much time with one customer, she will yell at that server, in front of everyone. She treats her employees badly. They do not get breaks and are expected to do their shift clean-up work on their own time. This is wrong. I will continue to visit Flo's for the food and service, but the owner might loose my business if she keeps yelling at her employees.

Thanks Flo's for letting us have our monthly Potbellied Pig Club meetings at your restaurant. We've always received excellent service. Just wish you were open a little later o)
